8. Delivering The Goods
Standard Delivery
Place your Internet order before 3pm Monday to Friday, all stock items will be dispatched within 1 working day of receipt and should be received by you within 3 working days.
If we are unable to deliver your goods within the standard delivery schedule, and you have not been informed of this before you place your order, we will contact you to agree alternative arrangements. If however you wish to cancel your order, a full refund of any monies paid will be sent to you within 7 days.
Should delivery be attempted when you are not at the delivery address nominated, a card with a telephone number & address will be left so you can rearrange delivery at a more suitable time.
- Delivery to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man, Scottish Offshore Islands and remote parts of Great Britain, will incur a surcharge, should this happen after you have submitted your order then you will be contacted, as soon as possible, by one of our Customer Service Advisers.
- 48 hour service does not include items delivered direct from our suppliers, weekends, or public holidays and is subject to stock and courier availability. Call our order Line for advice on availability and delivery arrangements -including charges where applicable.
No deliveries made outside the UK
Delivering Larger Items
Larger items (such as Ladders, Cement mixers & other large Power Tools) may take up to 10 days to deliver.
Delivery to a different address
Currently, we do not deliver to an address other than the card holder.
Stock Availability, Pricing and End of Line Stock Offers
Regular stock checks are run to determine availability of products. All prices shown on our website are for warehouse stock quantities only. We reserve the right to refund in full any order received after our warehouse stock has been exhausted. Goods classed as end of line stock will be removed from the site at the earliest opportunity. At certain times items go out of stock during the working day, should this happen after you have submitted your order then you will be contacted, as soon as possible, by one of our Customer Service Advisers.
Ownership of goods
All goods supplied by the Company shall remain the property of the Company until the Customer has made payment for the goods in full. If prior to payment to the Company of the full price of the goods the Customer shall sell the goods in the normal course of business then the Customer shall hold the sale proceeds (or sufficient of such sale proceeds to pay all monies owing to the Company in respect of the goods) upon trust for the Company. For the purpose of this clause all monies payable by the Customer to the Company in respect of the packing, carriage or insurance of the Goods shall be deemed to be part of the purchase price.
Accuracy of Information
The nature of Internet communications means that the Customer's communications may be susceptible to data corruption, interception and delays. This web site may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. The Company and any other persons involved in the management of this web site may make changes in the products and prices described in this web site and to the content of this web site, at any time without notice. The Company shall not be responsible for any detrimental reliance you place on this web site or its contents. Use of this web site is on an "as is" basis and is entirely at your own risk. Any manuals and safety instructions provided with the goods should be read and followed carefully at all times. In the event of a delivery date not being acceptable, we shall offer you a full refund.
