1. Guarantees
All products are covered by manufacturer's extensive warranty guarantee, full details are enclosed with all machines.
2. Complaints Procedure
DD Power Tools are committed to dealing with customer complaints quickly to the satisfaction of all concerned. We will endeavour to respond to any complaints received by email, fax or telephone within 3 working days. If the issue is not resolved to the satisfaction of the customer, the customer may then put the complaint in writing to Mr Mike English, Sales Manager, and expect a satisfactory response within 5 working days. It is always in our interests to ensure that the customer is entirely happy with the service received and we welcome all feedback and will always do our utmost to fully resolve any issues raised.
3. Returns
According to the The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. you are entitled to return any goods that are unwanted, or should you change your mind, within 7 working days of receipt. The goods must be returned to us in the same condition they left our warehouse and were received at point of delivery. You are liable for the cost of return and the original carriage charges. All other monies shall be returned to you within 10 days of the goods being received back into our warehouse.
Transit-damaged goods must be reported by email or telephone within 7 working days of delivery and must be signed for as received in a damaged condition. DD Power Tools will then arrange for uplift of the damaged goods and the customer is entitled to either a full refund or a replacement.
Refunds or replacements will only be dispatched once the original goods ordered have been received by DD Power Tools. This does not affect your statutory rights.
4. Payment
The total cost for goods ordered that is payable by the customer, including VAT, delivery charges and any other costs is displayed in full BEFORE the customer confirms their order. This is to ensure that the customer is clear about the total chargeable amount before making the decision to place the order. Payment is received by Visa, Mastercard or Switch details being taken over our secure server system. The amount will be debited from or credited to the card prior to despatch. This does not affect the customer's right to return goods under the conditions stated above.
